About Me

Hi, I'm Tina.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Las Vegas, Nevada, practicing since 2019. I work with adults who have spent a long time surviving, adapting, and holding it all together, but are ready for something to change.

A little about how I work

Therapy is more than simply managing symptoms or trying to make uncomfortable feelings go away. I believe it's an opportunity to understand what's underneath your experience, make sense of the patterns that keep showing up, and create space for something different.

You don't need to be “fixed.” You're not broken. Therapy can be a place to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own voice, and begin to trust yourself in a different way.

I do this work because I believe you deserve more than simply getting through life. My goal is to help you move beyond survival mode, create space for what comes next, and build a life that feels more like your own. A life where you can truly thrive.

My Approach

What therapy feels like with me

Trauma-informed and body-aware

We'll pay attention to both your mind and your body, because sometimes your nervous system is telling us something before you even have the words for it.

Collaborative, not clinical

I'm not here to sit across from you and tell you what you should do. We'll figure things out together with curiosity, honesty, and a little room for “okay, what the heck is happening here?”

At your pace

You don't have to come in with a perfectly organized story or know exactly what you need. We'll start where you are and take it from there.

Focused on empowerment and reconnecting with yourself

Whether we're working through trauma, anxiety, relationships, boundaries, or self-doubt, the goal is to help you feel more grounded in who you are and more confident in the choices you make.

And yes, there will probably be some humor

Therapy can be deep, uncomfortable, and sometimes really hard. I also believe it can be human, relatable, and even funny. We can laugh at the occasional “WTF is my life?” moments, too. You're allowed to be a whole person in the therapy room.
